These terms are between you and [legal entity — not yet registered]. Until that entity is registered there is no legal person able to enter this agreement, which is why this document is marked as a draft and is not in force.

VYRON provides education (an Academy of recorded modules), a community, a trading journal, live calls and workshops, challenges and a progress score.

VYRON also publishes trade ideas in a public Telegram channel and offers optional copy trading, under which a member's account at a third-party broker replicates VYRON's trades automatically. Both are described in the Trading Disclaimer and the Risk Disclosure, and both carry the risk of losing money.

VYRON does not hold client money, does not manage anyone's account, and does not give advice tailored to an individual.

You must be at least 18. You must not use VYRON where doing so would breach the law that applies to you, and you are responsible for knowing whether that is the case.

Copy trading and the broker relationship are not available everywhere, and some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit the products involved. Availability is determined by the broker, not by VYRON.

Give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password to yourself.

One account per person. Sharing a login, or reselling access to material, ends the membership without a refund for the remainder of the period.

The Community Guidelines form part of these terms. In short: do not give other members financial advice, do not sell anything in the community, do not publish other people's private information, and do not harass anyone.

Prices, billing periods and what each tier includes are in the Membership Terms. Cancellation and refunds are in the Refund Policy.

Nothing is charged today. Reserving a place is free and is not a purchase.

VYRON owns the Academy material, the written content and the brand. Your membership buys you access to it while your membership lasts; it does not transfer ownership and does not permit you to republish, resell or redistribute it.

You keep ownership of what you write in the community and in your journal. By posting in the community you give VYRON permission to display it there. Your journal is different: it is readable only by you, enforced at the database, and VYRON does not read it.

Any brokerage account is a contract between you and the broker, not with VYRON. The broker holds your money, sets the leverage available to you, decides what promotions you qualify for and is responsible for executing your trades.

VYRON does not control the broker and is not responsible for its solvency, its pricing, its platform or its decisions about your account.

VYRON is not liable for trading losses. That is not a disclaimer dressed up as one — it is the nature of what is being sold: education and information, acted on by you, at your own discretion.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

The extent to which the remaining limitations are enforceable depends on the jurisdiction, which is part of the review this document is awaiting.

You can cancel at any time from your billing page. VYRON may suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms or the Community Guidelines, and will say why.

These terms will change as the product does. Material changes will be announced to members before they take effect, and the version and date at the top of this page will change with them.
