Refund
Policy
Nothing is charged yet. This is what will happen when it is.
Right now, nothing is charged
Reserving a place on vyronsocial.com is free and is not a purchase. No payment is taken, no place is held and no price is locked. There is nothing to refund because nothing has been paid.
Cancelling a membership
When paid membership opens, monthly memberships run month to month. You cancel from your own billing page — no email, no retention call, no notice period, no explanation required.
Cancelling stops the next payment. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
The 14-day right to withdraw
Consumers in the EU and UK have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. For digital content there is an exception: if you ask for access immediately and acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right by doing so, it does not apply.
VYRON's intended position is not to rely on that exception as a trap. If you join, look at the material and decide within 14 days that it is not for you, the intention is to refund you. The exact mechanism — and whether it is framed as a legal right or a goodwill policy — is one of the things the pending legal review has to settle, and this paragraph will be rewritten precisely when it does.
Partial periods
Upgrades are charged pro rata for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so nothing is lost.
Three-month, six-month and annual plans are paid up front at a lower monthly rate. Refunds on those beyond the withdrawal period are not automatic; ask and it will be looked at.
What is not refundable
Nothing is refundable where a membership was ended for a serious breach of the Community Guidelines — for example sharing a login, reselling material, or harassment.
Trading losses are never refundable by anyone. They are not a product defect and VYRON does not hold the money. See the Risk Disclosure.
How to ask
Write to Vyronsociety@gmail.com from the address on the account. You do not need a reason. Refunds go back to the original payment method, which is handled by Stripe, usually within a few working days of being approved.
