VYRON does not give personalised financial advice. Nothing in the Academy, the community, the calls, the Telegram channel or the copy trading is a recommendation built around your circumstances.

Nobody at VYRON knows your income, your debts, your dependants, your tax position, your experience or what you can afford to lose. No assessment of suitability is performed before you see anything or before your account starts copying. If you need a recommendation suited to you, you need somebody authorised to give one.

VYRON publishes trade ideas in a public Telegram channel. They are produced by VYRON as a company, not as one founder's personal opinion, and they are not reviewed by anyone outside it.

VYRON usually holds a position in what it publishes. It gains or loses alongside the idea. That makes VYRON an interested party and not a neutral observer, and everything published should be read with that in front of you.

Past ideas do not indicate future ones. VYRON does not publish a track record and does not claim one.

Copy trading replicates VYRON's trades into your own account at a third-party broker, automatically, without you placing them.

Losses are replicated exactly the same way profits are. There is no filter passing on the good trades and withholding the bad. A losing run on VYRON's account is a losing run on every account subscribed to it, at the same time and in the same proportion.

It is optional, you switch it on yourself, and you can switch it off yourself from the same page.

Your account, your money and your trades sit with a third-party broker. VYRON does not hold client funds, cannot deposit or withdraw from your account, and has no access to it beyond the trade replication you enabled.

Leverage, spreads, execution, margin calls and any promotion are the broker's, under the broker's terms and the regulation that applies to the broker — which may not be the regulation of the country you live in.

• No guaranteed profits, and no guaranteed returns.
• No income figure, no monthly percentage, no example of "what you could make".
• No claim that trading is low-risk, or suitable for everyone.
• No testimonial from anyone who is not a real member.
• No past result presented as an indication of a future one.

If you ever see VYRON, a founder, or anyone claiming to represent VYRON breaking one of these, report it to Vyronsociety@gmail.com. It is a breach of what this company says it is.
